Shipping policy

All items are in stock and orders are processed within 1-2 business days from order placement unless otherwise noted, with exception of weekends and the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Weekend (Thursday and Friday), and Christmas Day.  

Free ground shipping on all orders shipped within the contiguous United States. Delivery expected within 1-7 business days from ship date.

Expedited shipping options available at checkout and by request.  

We offer flat rate $15 shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. Please note that flat rate shipping is not available on the Plug-in Vision Series 30", 43", 56", or LightBob™ due to package size and you will be shown direct carrier rates at checkout. 

Situ Lighting, LLC is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping address information supplied by the customer at checkout on our website.  Customer will be responsible for orders delivered to their supplied address.

International Shipping

International shipping available to all countries via online store or upon request by emailing us at info@situlighting.com. 

We offer flat rate $15 per item shipping to Canada via USPS / Canada Post as they charge lower brokerage fees than other carriers.  Please note that flat rate shipping is not available on the Plug-in Vision Series 30", 43", 56", or LightBob™ due to package size and you will be shown direct carrier rates. Shipping options via UPS will also be available at checkout.  

Your international order may be subject to brokerage, import duties, and taxes (including GST/HST/PST/VAT, etc), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country at the discretion of your government and the carrier. Situ Lighting, LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Should an international shipment be refused or the package returned due to failure to pay duties or fees, the full shipping cost (outbound, return shipping, and any customs fees due) will be deducted from the available refund amount upon receipt and processing of the shipment by Situ Lighting, LLC.

How do I check the status of my order?

You will receive tracking information via email when your order is shipped. Please allow 1-2 days for your tracking information to update as it moves through the system.

If you haven’t received your tracking information, please contact us at info@situlighting.com or 1-800-561-0492 and we will be happy to help.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

You may cancel an order any time prior to shipment.

Refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment. If you paid using a gift code, the dollar value of any gift code will not be refunded or credited back if any or all of the merchandise is returned.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of customer receipt of the order and received by us within 14 days of the return authorization.  Returns received outside of these conditions may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or not accepted.

Return Procedure. Refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment. Please follow the instructions below to return your Product.

- If you would like to return a product within the first 30 days of your receipt, please e-mail us at info@situlighting.com and we will send you a prepaid shipping label.

- Return shipping will be deducted from Refund Amount. 

Return Conditions. The following conditions also apply to Product returns:

- Products shipped outside of the United States or Canada are not eligible for a pre-paid return label, however may be returned. Please e-mail us at info@situlighting.com to initiate a return.

- Item should be received well packaged and in new condition.  Returns received with customer modifications, scratches, or otherwise damaged items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or not accepted.  

Refund Amount.  A full refund, less any return shipping charges, will be provided upon receipt and inspection of the returned product except as outlined below:

- Returns for 5 or more items will be charged a 15% restocking fee in addition to outbound and return shipping charges incurred by Situ Lighting, LLC.

- Refunds for orders shipped outside the contiguous United States, also known as the Lower 48, will be provided net of outbound and return shipping charges incurred by Situ Lighting, LLC.
